Our single ingredient treats are caught in the pristine waters off Northern Australia and 
slowly air-dried in small batches to lock in optimum nutrients and a delicious premium taste.

Ethically sourced - of course! All Shark products are sourced from sustainable wild caught fisheries in the Northern Territory. Our fisheries are managed under strict quota limits and fishers activities are monitoring by electronic and observer monitoring. We only process species approved by the CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) conventions.

ensure freshness for up to 12 months from opening.
